I, a Gujju Bombayite did not know what khamani was. I thought it must be like khaman so I took it in a bowl, put some sev on top, squeezed lime and had it. It was good but felt hard and heavy. Later, I read how it is to be made.i have not tried it yet. There is LPG shortage.
